First 4 Hours
- Stay upright — do not lie flat, nap, or do yoga inversions.
- Do not touch — avoid rubbing, pressing, or massaging injection sites for 24 hours.
- No heavy workouts — skip intense exercise and heavy sweating for 24 hours.
- Avoid heat — skip saunas, steam rooms, hot tubs, and hot yoga.
- Skip alcohol — avoid drinking for 24 hours to lower bruising risk.
- Be careful with makeup — avoid applying over fresh injection points.
- Avoid tight hats — do not wear tight hats or headbands over the treated area.
First 24–48 Hours
- No skin treatments — avoid facials, chemical peels, microneedling, and laser treatments on your face.
